☑ Landscape Design Presentation:
This land was developed based on a concept that blends charm, functionality, and seamless integration with nature, inspired by the welcoming and sophisticated style of Vancouver, Canada — evoking the light and refreshing atmosphere of early summer.
The masterplan features harmoniously distributed residential and commercial spaces. It includes two residential areas thoughtfully designed to offer comfort, well-being, and a strong connection with the surroundings, as well as two commercial centers strategically positioned and interconnected through the central heart of the land, ensuring accessibility and flow.
The project enhances the natural scenery, delivering a unique visual experience: on one side, the breathtaking view of the mountains framing Vancouver’s iconic landscape; on the other, a vast ocean view with the skyline of a vibrant coastal city, adorned with elegant skyscrapers, creating a contemporary and inspiring panorama.
