Island Tropical House - Landscape

It is with great pleasure that we present the completion of the Island Tropical project, a residence that reflects the perfect harmony between modernity, comfort, and the tropical essence of its surroundings. Our challenge was to create a house that would combine sophistication, spaciousness, and integration with nature, without giving up functionality and coziness.
The house chosen for this project was: Crowded Homes ~ Aether Manor, designed in dark tones with a striking contemporary aesthetic, which contrasts elegantly with the lush vegetation that surrounds it.
The outdoor area was conceived as a true refuge, featuring a large swimming pool, a lounge with ocean views, a bar, and a jacuzzi — spaces designed for relaxation and social gatherings. Additionally, we created an open-air gourmet space, perfect for sunset get-togethers.
Nature surrounds the entire project, with a selection of tropical and broad-leaved trees that ensure privacy and a welcoming atmosphere. Among them, a cozy and intimate cabin near a waterfall offers a reserved space for romantic moments.
For active leisure, the property includes a half basketball court and, further down, an invitation to adventure: the entrance to caves and trails leading to the beach, where a pier, boat, and jetski complete the experience.
Island Tropical is a project that values well-being, leisure, and contemplation in every detail.
